I am completely agreed with Mr. Rahul's points.
They have taken 3 Years advanced Maintainance Charge but unfortunately they are not even able to arrange daily sweepers, 0% cleanness.
I also have snaps of Ordure around the flats if somebody wants to see.
Drainage system is also fail.
NO Parking allotment.
Quality of Putty Paint is also thirdclass, First rainy season had already unmasked quality of putty paint.
