It is always good to buy a property which is well maintained and well furnished. Now the rates of the Langford Garden are ranging from Rs 6600 – 10000per sqft. Except property value you have to pay maintenance charges, car parking and other legal costs. The rent of the area depends on type of the peroperty whether it is a raw property, semi furnished or fully furnished, transportation facilities and many others.
