Bathroom Leakage

Q: My apartment is 6 years old and there is a severe leakage on the wall in my bathroom and it has been detected that it is due a crack in the drainage pipe in the flat above my flat. Kindly let me know who will bear the cost of repairing the drainage pipe?

Hi Senthil, Please speak to the owner of the flat above yours and ask him to repair it as soon as possible. If he is unwilling to do so then take this matter to the builder or management of the apartment and ask them to take care of it. If nothing works then please take legal help as it is not your mistake and you are not supposed to get affected because of builder's fault.
