I am about to book a flat in Innovative Petal @ Marathahalli. I have few queries:
1. Any legal issues with property ?
2. How is developer (in terms of quality, alteration request, material, deliverable) ?
3. Any issues in taking a home loan with national Bank ?

The property is okay considering the price point . However , the quality of construction is not good . Also the fact that the railway line runs just next to the property is a setback as you may wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise made by the train ...
