Q: I'm planning to buy a flat in Skline Waterfront, but i heard the project is way behind scheduled , and hence am little worried abt the progress. can anyone help me if this is the best property to invest in and can trust the builder .

As per my trusted sources skyline is trust worthy construction builder with all the best facilities provided It on plain thinking it might get delayed. Mostly i have never heard any big construction completed before hand or on time. It's a disease which can't be cured in this market.

Skyline Builders are not bad , but i wanted to know from past owners of Skyline properties about their construcation status, how legal are they with their approvals , b'coz m seriuosly thinking of investing as this falls within my budget, and was very surprised by their aggrement when they agreed for what ever rates i quoted. Hence this is making me even more suspiciuos , why are they so desparate to sell this property ( Skyline Waterfront)at the rate i asked for. Any feedback/Suggestions are most welcome
I dont think they are showing any over interest to sell this property (apartment from normal marketing trickes which everybody do) because I had to bargain a lot to come to a settlement. If you dont mind could you please post your quote here..

Skyline Construction Ltd reputation is not bad... They have good business in south India and I suggest delay in project is not a big issue in real estate sector as all reputed dealer delays or extends the project completion date two years than promised time. All the best for your dream property
I have booked an apartment in this project. I got the floor plan what I was looking for and builders are fine. But I am worried about its progress. Still waiting for the possession date. Other buyers please share your reviews.
