Planning to buy 3bhk

Q: been to see 3bhk. 403 of block b has a nice terrace. saw even 401 of block c. but kind of liked b block.
I am considering to book book it. Its a nice locality. thanks to some trees nearby, cool breeze is said to be there always.
70L seems just.
they say its going to be ready for possession by early 2014. Considering what they promise to give, the wait is worth it I feel!

Well the best words to describe about the project is value for money.Now i will explain the amenities of the project i.e Apartments cover an area of 1.22 acres,its casual atmosphere as well as its access to a natural water body and a man made pool that gives endless opportunities for recreation. It is refreshing to the mind, body and soul.The greenery of the place reminds me of the old Bangalore. With other recreational sports featured. It's a perfect fit for the families with 4 member for 2 bhk and for those looking for guest room can opt for 3bhk apartments which features up to 99 custom designs. Now let's draw back to value for money other den great facilities the location is in a developing area where near by, There are many it parks and the land value raising up which adds to good investment as for those who are looking for investment. Hope my review help people who interested to stay or invest in Yelahanka.

@sarad A very good decision for selection of place and the flat with good services. Well it will take few more months to be fully completed. Well you can contact the local broker for further information, as they are free to occupy as half of the construction if completed of the project. You can even go to the forum where people who have bought the place.

I have a urgent requirement for my relatives who are planning to shift by end of july .. They want a 3 bhk Flat .. i had visited the place which looks excellent with outskirts of bangalore city no rush and hush want to stay there peacefully. Pmit with Completion of the project. Thank you in advance urgent requirements

How is yelahanka for making an investment.. for renting services and all .. I am retired from work , who doesn't want extra running here and there for monthly income so planning to invest in rent .. Looking at the services provided looks promising and good investment but the few reviews sounded like they okey. And not much have occupied the place. Provide me the details of the project.. who all have occupied . I dont want my life earning to be a waste nd dont get any return out of it.

The project will be completed within few months and half which already been completed looks very promising and beautiful. With price range coming with price range this looks and unbelievable bargain as near future the value is increasing a lot which could be of good investment.

Well Place looks promising and near too it parks , it's not too late that it will be with every facilities available. With most of the recreational activities already provided out there. One can enjoy life without struggle looking for these facilities. The rates provided are decent same prices will increase in upcoming year. This looks a very good investment.

Abhijit: The land rates seem to have risen over 28% here as far as I know. Investment in such a locality seems decent. Some major tech parks nearby. 3-4 yrs down the line, one can only imagine how the growth can be!
