Whether buying apartment or site is better?

Q: I am planning to buy 2 bhk apt @ 40 lakh in South Bangalore. But now I am confused whether it is a good choice to invest on apartment or shall I go for a plot? Please suggest which will be better.

Hi Sharath, Buying a plot will be better but if paying 40 lakhs for a 2 BHK and getting all the services and amenities, then you can go for buying an apartment. Buying a plot also includes extra costs which might be out of budget sometimes.
