Q: How is MIMS gulmohar as a community? I am planning to buy a villa there. I was there twice to check out the property, and almost all of them were empty then.

Hi Prashant, I was also planning to book a property here. I think the time you visited , the flats were not handed over or just final finishing work must be going on. Builder seems fine.
