Do Bysani Skyway has occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate?

Q: I have heard that the building does not have occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate is also pending. Even the builders have violated the zonal regulations.

There is a PTI case in the court. There is no other case and there are absolutely no violations. It is just a PIL case from an activist. All the flats have B-khatha now and we are expecting clearances on road, OC and others in few months.

I am a owner and I am a resident also. Till now we have not got any order form BBMP to vacate the building. I guess there are rumours that are created with out knowing the actual problems.

Yes you are right, the Bysani goup has till now not provide the occupancy certificate. Even they have violated zonal regulations, now the BBMP has ordered the residents to vacant the building immediately.
