Illegal buildings is spreading like wild fire.
Q: llegal building is spreading like wild fire in Gurgaon City. Why the Municipal corporation of Gurgaon not taking strict action against these illegal buildings?

Latest Answer: Yes, I agree with @,Illegal building is spreading like wild fire in GurgaonThe Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon send notice to all the owners of the illegal structures but till date only one building was demolished. They are trying their level best to sort out the problem but they are not able to solve it permanently

Do Bysani Skyway has occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate?
Q: I have heard that the building does not have occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate is also pending. Even the builders have violated the zonal regulations.

Q: What if any of the buildings is not installing the RWH system?

Latest Answer: It is mandatory to install the RWH system by December 31st this year. If any of the building is not installing the system then BBMP is not going to give clearance to such buildings.

Latest Answer: GHMC is all set to encourage people to come up with heritage buildings for which GHMC would give 50 percent tax exemption. The government is going to take the initiative to renovate Mahabub Chowk, and Clock Tower. Deccan Park will also be restored. The mobile toilets and the toilets in the south east side of Charminar will be repaired and bins will be removed.
