You can meet us on almost all Saturday's (when we assemble in front of the apartment) to discuss the issues. They will promise and be nice till the day you buy the apartment. Once you make the payment, you will see the guys with a completely different attitude.

Try this, just ask them to give these offers in writing, you will see the guys' other face.

Don't risk it. Find a better property.

i visited the site today. (Block 2).. they promised a club house, swimming pool and joggers park by this december. Is it possible if i can personally meet any one of you guys to discuss this further. As i am very keen to buy the property on the main road an the price Purab Manor is offering is much less than other builder in that area. My email id is Saurabh.maheshwari@gs.com. Mobile no is 9880077555. Plz sms or give a missed call so that i can discuss.

You can visit any apartment and ask about the situation, when you visit purab manor next time. There is also a list published near the lift with names and their phone numbers of the association members. Please call them . I dont have them right now. Dont go ahead because it cheap, think, ask and get things written in black and white.

@ Niraj and Seena, if you people are facing so much of problem why dont you people go to the consumer court and lodge complain against the KMF builders.

We have met advocate, but are scared of proceedings as we are out of state people and are in to software profession. Is worried about the time availability etc. Might be that is the reason why they are playing with us :(

Hi, I reside there, (changing the name as they harass individuals who ever ask for repair or complain about the work). Buying an apartment there is the biggest mistake I done in my life. The life there is like we are staying in the builder's or managers house by their favor. I am not exaggerating the things. If you are planning to buy an apartment here, come and ask at least 5 residents. They will tell you their sad story. Go around the corridors in all floors, it seems that painting is done!!! But be careful with the kids, they may fall through the handrails. Just peep down through ANY open space, you will vomit. Initial plan was approved by BDA and now there are serious deviation. The manager knows only to talk GALI… he treats residents as workers and even shout dirtiest gaali on ladies. He was questioned for such an act by whitefield police station…

Having said that, i heard a lot of bad stories from the residents
> Crazy lifts, people often gets pulled out of the lift. Very bad quality lifts
> Very bad safety measures, kids can get hurt in open drainage, sliding thru the handrails, rusted handrails.
> A very shabby painting, outside painting not done/completed. If you want to tell your friend directions to Purab Manor, tell the old building opposite to Nitesh Forest Hills.
> No Parking space allotted and plan is to split one slot to 2.
> No progress in pending work for the last 6 months (Block I)
> Block II is in slow progress and have serious deviations.
> More over, need to pay 3000/- to the builder if you are giving your apartment for rent,Strange. Mr Malik might say its mamool,I never heard this; there is not even a service lift. So why to pay Rs 3000/- ?
This might be the case in many appartments, but KMF can do a lot better but KMF have no will or plan to finish. They only have money in their mind.

Yes you are right Niraj I am in exactly the same boat like you. I was about to pay for Block A but stopped after reading the reviews. Thanks a lot for the information I feel I have taken the right decision. What you have decided?
