Q:I am staying in Radiant Silver Bell apartments since 6 months, the maintenance is too worst ( these words are not enough).... since one month the power backup is not working.....I am struggling a lot roaming around the ppl........My sincere advice is not to choose this kind of worst builders.
Latest Answer: I joined around 1st April, 2013. As per the agreement the maintenance should be 1 year (but they are claiming by August their maintenance will get over). How ever, since one month I am facing backup problem....but no one cares.....roaming around the people of builders. Association formation is in progress. But builders are responsible till August right atleast?
Q:Lake Vihar –II project is being constructed in the remaining site of the same Sy no.50/11. This project was registered on the name of JJC Developers and Constructions Pvt.Ltd. Hence from 2011 the said firm has taken up the project. Till now 85 flats have been sold and 45 customers have occupied and they are living in the flats. They are getting “A” Katha for their flats .They are happy with our services.
For Lake Vihar – II Project all the documents are legally clear. At the time of booking we are providing a set of Documents to the each customer. If you want any documents we will provide at the time of lawyer verification.
