Feedback on builders of Vakil Marina.

Q: Hi all, I am looking for some feedback for plots in Vakil Marina that is near Vijaya bank layout. I visited the layout and liked it. The broker was quoting 4200 for a 1200 sq feet plot. I was thinking that is very high. Any idea on the rates in those places. Also any feedback on the layout is appreciated.

Even I am also not sure about the builder but I heard that the builder is very much customer centric and they provide quality work. If you get to know more about the project and feedback on builders please do let me know.
