As you are well aware that the Civil Writ Petition mentioned above is pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. The matter was listed on 12.07.2012. However, no effective proceedings were conducted on the said date as the lawyers of the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana were on strike in response to a call for strike announced by the Bar Council of India. Consequently, the matter has now been adjourned to 06.09.2012 for addressing arguments. We are putting in sincere efforts to get the injunction vacated at the earliest. The institution of Civil Writ Petitioner, referred to above, is an unforeseen event which was never contemplated by us.

As per ABW, the matter would be taken up on 12th July, 2012 for arguments. The Court will remain closed from 2nd June, 2012 to 1st July, 2012 for summer vacation.Keeping our fingers crossed till then.
This hearing from the HC with regards to the same is scheduled for 17th Feb and ABW is confident that there is nothing to worry about with regards to the same. Fingers crossed. Please note these views are my own and you may feel free to reach out to proper authorities for more authentic information. Do feel free to share any additional information that you may have with you.

From what I hear is that, farmers in manesar have taken a stay order on the entire 912 acres of land demanding more money on the piece of land sold to developers. It is different from NOIDA case since there was government intervention in NOIDA, where as in Manesar it is a direct dealing between seller and buyer and the land was bought per prevailing market price.
ABW has a project running only on I think 160 acres of this piece. Which effectively also means that other builders like DLF, Raheja, unitech etc projects are also put on hold. Per my communication with Kapil from ABW office ABW bought land directly from farmers in the year 2004 or 2005 and got it registered. Since the price of land has appreciated over the years the farmers now want a piece of the appreciated value of land after apox 6-7 years of selling it. Kapil also mentioned that they have all there documents in order along with deposite of taxes with the government authorities.

Thanks for the information about ABW Aditya Niketan. Hope everything will be sorted out at the earliest.
yes per my understanding there is some ongoing stay order from respected High Court on the entire 912 acres of land which include land being used by all leading deleopers like DLF, Unitech, ABW etc. Further the decision on the same from HC is awaited on 17 Feb. Also per my discussion with Kapil (ABW person) there is nothing to worry about as all papers from ABWs end are in order and this scenario is just created for no reason. Fingers crossed.

I heard that the project was launched 2 years back but still now the apartment owners have not received any allotment letter. Even I heard that the project is delayed due to some litigation in the land. Is that true?
