Hi Suhail the project will fetch you double returns after completion. The expected date of completion is in 2016 Jul.. till then the price will move upto 50%. The main reason is the connectivity and brand. They are providing premium furnished flats and within the campus you will have schools and play schools!

Hi Hitesh, the project has 2-3 bhk and the sizes ranges between 840 sq ft to 1328 sq ft. The price they are quoting is Rs 2850 per sq ft -Rs 3050 per sq ft. You have to pay the EDC and registration charges, that is not included!
