Actually the project has some litigation issue, hence about appreciation it is tough to guess! But if we look at the sector then the price will appreciate! You can take 45% appreciation till the completion of the project. The location is good and also ISBT bus stand is proposed , slowly the price will move up!

Heya Giri, good afternoon firstly I would like to say that project is located very close to Dwarka Expressway. NH 8 is also 3-6 km from the project. I would also like to specify that IIFO Chowk is 22 min and there is a proposed metro station coming in.

May I know when is the possession of the project, due to land litigation will the project get delayed?

Accroding to the sales executive the project will be delivered after 2016 July. But guys there is a land litigation issues in the project. The booking for now is paused. It will open after 5 months or so
!

Guys I have heard that there is a land litigation problem with the project! Did it get the approvals?? which are the banks that have approved the project!

Till now there are two banks who have approved the project. LIC and PNB. You can take home loan from them. I guess they will pass 80% home loan. So do not worry about that.

Hi Neel, for 3 bhk they are quoting Rs 3050 - 2900 per sq ft and you have to pay EDC charges also as an extra ! You also have to registry fee.
