Anyone invested in Ramky Estates's Vishwashanti Nagar in Nelamangla?

Q: Ramky Estates's Vishwashanti Nagar in Nelamangla was one of the early investors in the Vishwashanti Nagar. This is a large layout with over 500 plots.
Does anyone have any update on the layout? Has anyone constructed houses there?

Yes, I invested in Ramky's Vishwashanti Nagar layout very lose to NH4 in Nelamangla.

Thanks for clearing my doubts and helping me out to make my decision. I was planning for investment purpose and I was thinking whether Nelamangla will bring future appreciation. Have you bought a plot in Nelamangla?

The area appears to be growing. There are lot of developments in Nelamangla as the connectivity
to the City has improved with the expansion of the roads. With the proposed metro the area should develop a lot. If your investment horizon is at least 5 years this should be a great investment.
