Hi All,

I have booked a flat in Vijayasri Elixir - Lily - Ground Flr. I have contacted 3 of the other buyers - and they have all given positive feedback regarding this builder / construction. They have got the documents checked by the lawyers - and they say its all fine. Meanwhile - the slight thing that was at the back of the poeple's mind was the fact that people who had booked this project in Dec 2011 - got a possession date of Dec/ Jan 2013 - whereas when i booked it they have committed MArch 2013. The Builders have a penalty clause incorporated - and all of it seemed to be in place. Otherwise the project - and the people seemed very transparent about eveything going on.....

After reading all the discussion, I do not think those people have written anywhere that they have booked a flat in the project. It was just an advice or suggestion for the home buyers.

See we are from VijayaSri Green Homes, we don't know who s these mask persons lik amreesh,nitinmathew49 & devash.pandey they never booked a flat or cam for enquiry for flat. They are strangers keeping fake mail id's with fake names. Our client krishnarjun already purchased a flat with us & he already checked the legal documents vt his personal advocate, after he satisfied vt the documents he further proceeded.
The strangers are no one other than our compentating builders.

@ Krishnarjun, in so many years they have build a strong network of satisfied customer but couple of months ago there was some complaints about the builder that they are not providing proper documentation and cheated many buyers. I will advice you that if you are planning to buy a flat in this project then try to communicate with the other owners.
