I booked top floor (4th Floor) flat and my concern.
Q: I booked top floor (4th Floor) flat. Is the top floor approved by BBMP? It is always a risk of taking top floor. Here is my concern. 1. Approval of 4th Floor 2. Sequrity Aspects 3. Rain/Dust etc 4. Lift Power Backup
