Q: Hi, how is this project? I have planned to book a flat and seems it's a very good project. However, I am little concerned about the builder and how the construction quality and how good builder that he rely/stand on the promises made.

I booked top floor (4th Floor) flat and my concern.

Q: I booked top floor (4th Floor) flat. Is the top floor approved by BBMP? It is always a risk of taking top floor. Here is my concern.
1. Approval of 4th Floor
2. Sequrity Aspects
3. Rain/Dust etc
4. Lift Power Backup

Please provide your inputs.
