I own flat in building 16, terrace slab complete. As informed to me the target date for the completion is DEC 2014 don't know how they would give posession phase wise or at one go as in 1st phase 2-3 buildings are almost complete (structure wise), and demanded 89% of the agreed value already only Painting 3%, flooring 3% and posession 5% are left.

Liked the project but now what I feel is that it is not worth at all, so better I drop down my idea of booking a flat there. Any ways thanks for updating me about the project.

I wish i was sure... Like i mentioned most optimistic is 2013. Orchid Ozone is a spoilt kid now.. The best you can expect is the less worst of the options :P.

I am happy if I dont spend a lot on interest at the moment.

It works both ways for us who have booked in building no 9...If they start work and deliver late the interest burden will be too high. I wish they start it close to the delivery date.. which is expected to be 2013..thats the most optimistic date.

A couple of months ago when I visited the site it was said to me that the project is going to get completed by January 2012 but still now the project is not yet completed. Even I heard that some of the buildings were not registered also when I visited the site. Mr Suresh, Is it a confirm news that the project is going to get completed by September 2012?
