This project, International City , was launched in July 2011 and is expected to be delivered by the end of 2014.

Sobha seems to be a very reputed builder from Bangalore where they have delivered many projects. Their quality of construction is also very good.

Comment

I spoke to the sales manager directly about this project. Its a 150 acre project with only villas and duplex villas. The first phase, comprising villas and row houses, was launched in the middle of last year and is expected to be delivered around end of 2014.

Currently the second phase has been launched, it has an interesting concept of duplex villas. The plot size is huge, specifications are also good and comparatively price is decent.
