Yes guys the project is good for end use as well as investment. I am taking it because I am looking at investment purpose. The project will be ready by 2015 dec and I have good time to double my money!

Hi according to my knowledge the project is approved by HDFC Bank, Axis Bank ,LIC Housing Finance Ltd , Indiabulls , DHFL , Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd , Tata Capital Housing Finance , Punjab National Bank , ICICI Bank , First Blue Home Finance Ltd . You can take home loan from them.

Hi Shenoy the project is offering 3-4 bhks with a size ranges from 2430 sq.ft to 6228 sq.ft. The price they are quoting Rs. 17850 as BSP.

Hi i have also gone through the project and it says that the locality is very good and also has terrific connectivity.Sobha International City Gurgaon is located in Sector 109, 150 Meter Wide Expressway Connecting Dwarka, NH8 And Manesar, Gurgaon.
