In current scenario which one is better option between L&T South city and Elita promenade.

Q: I have shortisted apartments in L&T South city and Elita Promenade. Which according to the forum would be a better option to live and which one will appreciate better in future.

L&T South City is one of the completed project by L and T properties. The project is approved by BBMP and BDA. It offers 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk with all modern amenities. L and T is a well popular real estate developers not only in India but also in some foreign countries. But I heard there are some pros and cons about this project.
Elita Promenade is one of the ongoing project of Keppel Puravankara Development Pvt. Ltd. The project is approved by BBMP. The project offers 2bhk and 3bhk with modern facilities like swimming pool, club house, rain water harvesting etc.
