Q: Hello,I am a potential buyer of apartment in PFS. Can someone give me their reviews about the apartment and community. Anything I need to be aware before making this big decision ? Also I heard PFS is registered as khata B. Any idea when will it get converted to Khata A ?Thanks Jiten

Thanks. Does it mean that some flats are converted to Khata A, while others not ? How much are the betterment charges. Any idea ?

Hello Jiten, Pay­ment of bet­ter­ment charges on a B Khata and up to date pay­ment of prop­erty tax can con­vert a B Khata to an A Khata.
