Q:It is a new project by Samhita Builder. Any knowledge, by when the project will get completed? Are they also offering one bedroom apartment in this project?
Q:Assetz East Point apartments enjoy a great connectivity to East Bangalore’s business hubs at Marathahalli, ORR and Sarjapur Road. Embassy Tech Village, Cessna Business Park, Prestige Tech Park and under development Prestige Trinity Center are all within 1-2 kilometer from the Assetz East Point apartments.
Latest Answer: Thanks Amarnath for sharing the details about the project. Has the project got approval from BBMP? What about OC and CC? How much is the rate per sqft going on now?
Q:I came to know maintenance is 5000 Rupees (perhaps highest in Bangalore!!), and still there is water scarcity often and swimming pool was not clean, Is the society is worth living?
Latest Answer: Yeah it is highest actually. In Bangalore if I am not wrong that the maintenance charges will be around Rs 3500 on an average. You can check with the society as why they are asking so much.
There are many ongoing, completed projects in Marathahalli. You can choose a project according to your requirement
Q:I have a building in Marathahalli Bangalore, i have left 2ft gap passage inside my land. My neighbour is building the building next to my building...with the wall touchting the common compound...how i have to fight back this issue to ask him for adequate gap space for ventilation.
Latest Answer: Hi Vijay, You can have a look in this link http://www.bmrda.kar.nic.in/bye1.htm#M. It is necessary to leave space from all the four side before building or constructing a house. But in Bangalore I do not think anyone here follow this rule.
Q:I am planning to buy a 2bhk resale flat in Charitha Gardens at Marathahalli bridge. In the SBI website this is listed as approved for loan. But residents say that it is B katha. I am confused. How SBI has approved it? How much is the deviation there? is there any water issue? Is there any litigation? Is it worth buying? please provide your feedback on this project ASAP?
Latest Answer: I would advice you to go to your nearest SBI bank and check if they are giving home loan for this project or not. I do not think SBI will approve B Khata properties. You can avail home loan form other banks as well :)
Latest Answer: Hi Rajesh, What kind of stall you want to put up???? For putting a stall I think you have to talk to the apartment association of Purva Riveria.
