Are these Apartments ready to move into when completed? Or does one need an interior designer to finish it off?

Q: I was told these Apartments will need additional work done by the new owners once they take possession of the property. Is this true? If so I would like to know what sort of work.

You need to complete wood work(Wardrobe, interiors etc) and kitchen work(Modular kitchen) before you can move in the flat

Hey it depends upon the project, if the builder is giving semi furnished flats then you have to furnish it or if he is giving a not furnished flat then you have do your own interior work.
