Q: Hi all.

Does anyone have feedback about Pearl Group developers. I visited their site for new project Palm Vistas villas in White field. The project is in pre launch stage. Any feedback based on previous projects would be helpful.

Hello Friends..

NOT sure if Palmvista project GOT approvals from BDA/BBMP etc. As I was like you in the same boat for the past 2 years...waiting waiting..

Can someone will update if they have necessary approvals..? I do want TO proceed ONLY IF THEY HAVE APPROVALS...

Dont believe unless if they have necessary approvals.. as I am hearing from May 2011 that they are going to approvals in 3 months .. which they dont have yet I think. Did anyone have latest updates?

when we visited to the site last april the sales person told us that they have got all the approval and office building would be constructed within 10 days. Now its end of july and nothing has been done on that site. It makes me to think on this project thought there plans and rates are looking good so if any one have more information about it please share with us.

Hey Guys , Me and two of my friends have booked in the project , we have checked credentials and some of the completed projects from the builder and feedback has been good intersm of delivery schedule and quality of construction . They are expecting approval from BDA by around this month . The rate in this area is currently around 4000 / Sq.ft , so once launched builder would hike it . Project is a good bet considering there is a NEW it PARK WHICH HAS COME UP STONE THROW AWAY.

I also went to their property.I came across a mud road before their property which took me to budigere cross (under the Flyover in NH4)in mere 3 min time.But, in their brochure I do not see any provision for connectivity to this road.I think if they have a seperate back entrance also, it is easier to reach NH4, than the roundabout route.Location wise, this area looks good for me also.

Looks you guys are on the same boat as me. I have seen their Villa pictures and they look good on paper. My biggest issue like Srivathsan mentioned is paying 20,00,000 upfront without even looking at their land docs. So if you guys have gathered any info on how they have done in the past would be very helpful. You can post your replies.

Hi,

They are in Pre launch and expecting approval in a month. They are giving great discounts if we make good up front payment. They are quoting 3500 on pre launch and they say they would increase it to 3750 upon launch. They are asking min 20 lakh as upfront on pre launch and rest to go by bank loan after launch. My concern was giving so much ammount up front when they dont even approval. So decided to wait till launch.
