What is the status of the project and currently how much will be the price of a 3 bhk unit?

The project is ready to move in and the price of a 3 bhk will be around Rs 91 lakhs approx.

DSR Sunrise Towers is being developed on a 2.9 acre plot and will consist of 228 spacious apartments in 4 blocks of G+14 floors, each comprising of 3 bedroom units ranging between 1630 to 2010 sq ft. The project offers amenities like Multipurpose Hall connected with outdoor party lawn, Gym, Swimming Pool, Jogging Track, Children's play area, Badminton Court, Club house with indoor games, Central Landscaping ,Amphitheater, Coffee Lounge and Maintenance Office.

The Price range is between 86-98 lacs. The initial booking amount is Rs. 2 lakhs, balance of 20% of Total Cost in 15 days (On Agreement) and remaining as per schedule completion

I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartments in DSR Sunrise Towers. What is the per sqft rate and how much will be a 3 BHK apartment in the same?

The rate per sqft is around Rs 4400 and the price of a 3bhk apartment starts from Rs 78 lakhs ( Reg+Service tax)

Even I am also waiting for the project to be launched. How is the reputation of the builder? Did you book any flat there?

The project is already launched and the expected possession date is by December 2014.

As per the telephonic conversation with the sales person, the marketing Launch has commenced and bookings are open, the construction activity commenced from February 2012 and completion has been scheduled for October 2014
