Can any one who has purchased flat in DSR sunrise and staying at present can give be feedback about constructions quality /finish, (leakages ), amenities, overall feeling/opinion about this project.

As per my knowledge, the construction quality is above average. The builder is going to provide all kind of documents required as well as amenities. If it is possible from your side try to visit some of their completed projects to check the construction quality.

Where exactly is the project located and how many floors and units will be there?Which are the banks providing home loan for this project?

The project is located at Hope Farm Circle, Chanasandra Main Road, Whitefield. Landmark: Near Whitefield International School. The project offers only 3 bhk apartments. Around 228 apartments will be there and it is a B+G+14 floors structure. Banks like HDFC, LIC and SBI has approved the project.

A flat with 1630 sqft in DSR Sunrise Towers will cost you around Rs 80 lakhs and booking amount they are charging is Rs 2 lacs.

@Harsha : Yes the project is approved by BBMP. The completion date will be by October 2014. So you have to wait one more year for the completion.

@ Kunal : This project was launched on April 2012. Also this project provide bore-wells and have applied for cauvery water connection..I think it will take some time to get the connection.

DSR Sunrise Towers is a ready to move in project and they are providing Cauvery Water connection. Yes as told to me they are going to provide OC.

@Harsha: The size of 3bhk would be around 1630-2010 sq ft. Yes, this project is slightly negotiable..if you have a talk with the builder, you can definately have some negotiation. The launching price was around Rs 3,800. And the current price per sq ft is around Rs 4,500. So we can find good appreciation within one year. I must say this project is very good for investment purpose.

@Harsha: Yes, it would be good for investment as this project is near to Hope farm junction in Whitefield. The price is around 90 lakhs and I hope your would be fine with this price. The price per sq ft is around Rs 4,500. When are you planning to visit the site ?
