As per my knowledge, the construction quality is above average. The builder is going to provide all kind of documents required as well as amenities. If it is possible from your side try to visit some of their completed projects to check the construction quality.

@ Kunal : This project was launched on April 2012. Also this project provide bore-wells and have applied for cauvery water connection..I think it will take some time to get the connection.

@Harsha: The size of 3bhk would be around 1630-2010 sq ft. Yes, this project is slightly negotiable..if you have a talk with the builder, you can definately have some negotiation. The launching price was around Rs 3,800. And the current price per sq ft is around Rs 4,500. So we can find good appreciation within one year. I must say this project is very good for investment purpose.

@Harsha: Yes, it would be good for investment as this project is near to Hope farm junction in Whitefield. The price is around 90 lakhs and I hope your would be fine with this price. The price per sq ft is around Rs 4,500. When are you planning to visit the site ?
