I am leading Blue Diamond group and taking on.All the projects including Zircon are stuck in Forest issue but was cleared long back in apex court.If Nirmal wants to start them,as sufficient money has been earned by them in last 10 years,he can start it tomorrow itself.
Pl. follow the so called case in apex court SLP (Civil)10677/2008 of Godrej which is attached to all our cases.Spk to me for details.

I think it is high time we all should come together and start meeting and discussing. There are groups of Runwal Infinity, Nirmal Blue Diamond, Aristo Building, etc who are very active and meeting regularly. I understand Amethyst is not stuck because of Forest issue problem ; construction can go on, subject of course to regular constrution clearances. The delay of eight years since booking is killing.

Strongly agree. Was supposed to get possession of Amethyst in 2010. It's 2013, and there is still no signs of construction progressing.
Surely we can take this matter to consumer court, or get a newspaper column to highlight this - so the builders are put to shame and everyone realises how bad NIrmal is and their sales drop, unless they complete this. Or alternately offer us another flat with the same area in a ready property

Visited the Nirmal builder's office and they say that they have not yet received the Construction Clearnace (CC).
It will take another 3 years to complete the project after receiving the CC. Thats way too long...
We should all come together and pressurise them to find a way out.
We plan to meet Amit Jain very soon...

I also booked in Amethyst in 2005 and no progress since last 1.5 years. Talked to Mr. Kiran Naik few days back and he informed work will restart in 3rd week of July. They expect to get clearance in few days. Let us hope this time he is talking truth.

It is almost seven years since people have booked in Amethyst. It is a long and unusual wait. the building has come only upto 15th floor and work has stopped. The other two buildings Zircon and Turquoise are under construction, it has come upto say five to seven floors. People say that this plot is not under forest issue, but surprisingly it is taking almost a decade to complete
