Q: When I called Mr Harshit of 43 Privet drive, I have been told that registration for A building is going to start in April end. Any more info regarding the same?
Hi, A couple of weeks ago when I visited, I saw that all the flats' tile work, walls, electrical work, kitchen work (in lot of flats), common areas, etc., is all completed. Even the exterior paint on all 3 towers. The only on-going work I noticed was on the landscaping, parking level, etc.
I'm very interested in knowing the realistic possession date as well! Thanks.

Is the possession date mentioned in your agreement? If yes, then go ahead and approach the consumer court. It will be better if you form a group and take the advice of the resident owner.

Hi all, 43 privet drive has possession issues + non fulfilment of promises in terms of amenities & open spaces within the project. In this location, Supreme Palms is good one. And I would again reiterate, that if you can get good flat in Aundh, buy in Aundh rather than at Balewadi based on panchshil towers.
Hi Vinay, Reason I am considering Balewadi is new road development work in progress & panchshil towers. I have budget of approx 1CR for 3BHK, Can I consider Aundh, Baner & Pashan as well. I did search in Baner Area & didn't find good schemes. I liked IRIS, 43 Privet Drive, Nandan Prospera/spectra, but availability & possession issues. What if builder delays the possession?
