A couple of weeks ago when I visited, I saw that all the flats' tile work, walls, electrical work, kitchen work (in lot of flats), common areas, etc., is all completed. Even the exterior paint on all 3 towers. The only on-going work I noticed was on the landscaping, parking level, etc.
I'm very interested in knowing the realistic possession date as well! Thanks.
