Hi I was booked my flat on Oct'2009 and done the registered on Oct'2010.
However the date of possession is mentioned Dec'2011 as per the sales deed. Now after waiting for over more than 3 years they have completed the construction work of few apartments (part of whole society). When we clear all remaining installments and payments related to service taxes and all they are asking for penal interest levied right from the date of booking to till date.
Apart of this they are putting unconditional demand of signing a supplementary agreement which states that we the customer having no objection with the delay in construction and agreed on the new date of possession which is Jan'2013 earlier was Dec'2011.
Please connect everyone who have been asked for the similar demands
No progress at all. The site is almost at standstill from more than last 8 months. Not sure when they will provide possession. We have been cheated, new buyers don't get cheated. Go anywhere else but don't buy property here. You will loose your money and get into frustration.
Hi, Reasons provided by builder - 1. Sand problem - This was happened a year back, but reduction in labor and slow rate can be observed still today. 2. Fire in Mumbai office - After this mishap it was questioned upfront if it will impact, but was denied by their management. I think, There is some serious problem may be financial which the management is not disclosing. Currently the rates in that area is Rs. 3500 to 3900. But sales of local people came to halt for this project who know the situation.

Thanks Sreyash for the info about the builder. What is the reason builder is telling about the delay in possession and what is the current rates they are quoting?
Under similar impression I booked flat 3 years back, the possession as per Hubtown that time Ackruti was in Dec 2010. After that they committed on June 2011... postponed to Sept. 2011 then Dec 2011.. then March 2012 and now they are saying July 2012 with clause of may further increase... The rates given above are of mid 2009. There were similar rates in that area. Difference is other builder provided possession and Hubtown is saying if you want to cancel you can take money back with 9% interest. The rates in that area shoot almost double. He is harassing the buyers.
I heard that it is one of the leading real estate companies of India and they believe in honesty, integrity, and quality. Why there is a delay in the project?
