Q:PRA is fraud, worst and biggest flop builder in Pune, he booked our flats and took money from Nov 2010 for East Avenue project in wagholi which he not yet started and now after 7 years he is asking all 200PLUS customers to cancel bookings. We all lost so many opportunities of investment from 2010. In future also please do not trust and invest with this builder.His staff also don t have sense to talk to customers, everytime we went to ask timelines for project completion, they gave fix answer that they are going to start in next 2 to 3 months, which never happened.

Q:People who have booked flat more than 4 years ago are still waiting possession. Around 35 cases filed in consumer forum against possession and compensation.
Latest Answer: Hi Sreyas... I heard that they will be giving possession by august 2014. They are having 33 building..out of that some are ready for possession which is around Rs 4,750 per sq ft, and under construction project is around Rs 4,500 per sq ft.
Q:i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession,can some body tell me,what is the problem with this project delay.hope we get possession sooner or later,we are very very sad
Latest Answer: Builder is using all wrong ways...he should give honestly & legally all compensation amount. It's bound to him to co-operate to flat owners. 2 yrs delay to get flat nd still lot of work not completed.
