More info about the project.

Q: I would like to know more about this project. Why are the flats less expensive than other projects around Bangalore? Does any one have any idea on Lake Shore villas in Bangalore. Does any one have more ideas that what they are advertising? I would appreciate any feed back.

I think they are trying to attract middle class people for which they are offering affordable villas and more over the price depends on the area and amenities provided.

Lake Shore Villas is one of the ongoing project of Abhaya Shelters Pvt ltd. The Project is located in Jigani and it is approved by BMRDA. They are offering villas at Rs 36lakhs.
