Buying a flat in Metropolitan underconstruction buildings

Q: Hey! I read about the delays and agreement details and changes in layout related issues about Metropolitan under construction buildings phase 1. After going through this in a blog, I have become a bit cautious and I would like to known any such feedback about the project.

1. Elpro Phase 3 has lot of pending points with builder and delay is high. 2. Recently we (P3 owners) came to know that there is long pending mseb bill amounting 25 lacs which they said it is to be paid by society, now onus is going to fell on 3rd phase members also,lift and water can get cut any time. builder is not cooperating, swimming pool and few other amenities are shut since year.
3.NO visitor parking.

Hi, is there any 3 BHK flat for rent available at Metropolitan phase 1 apartments? If yes, please let me know the price range of rental also.

Mr. Patil! While buying a property dilemma of choosing between under construction and ready to move in buildings was always left unanswered in me. However, I did choose "ready to move in apartment.

Hello Rajesh! "The Metropolitan" is one of the popular Residential Developments in Pimpri locality. The project serves best of best facilities and amenities. I would surely suggest you to have a look at the project once and decide on buying a property here.
