Can you tell me the name of the loan providing bankers? How much is the booking amount?

Hi Aarti,
They haven't tie-up with any banks but you can apply for home loan from your own banks and they will provide you all the necessary legal documents at that time.
As i have a word with them and found that the booking amount will be Rs. 5 lacs.

Shreyas Raaga is a PCMC approved project and ready possession but still some interior works are going on. The possession date will be December'2014.

Shreyas Raaga by Shreyas Shelter Pvt. Ltd. located at Chinchwad in Pune. It offers only 2BHK apartments in 799 sqft. The current price per sqft is Rs. 5100. There is only one flat in 5th floor, Apartment no-501 is available for booking.
