Q: False promises made. Being an outstation builder very difficult to get pending works done. Sushil

Latest Answer: I am an occupant of KH for the past 2 years. The builder is good and has lived up to his promises of possession but he is equally particular about payment deadlines something to keep in mind else you will be heavily penalised.
