Planing to buy the flat in Alpine ECO

Q: We have almost finalized the Flat in Alpine ECO and ready to process the deal,So just wanted to know about the legal case .Is this legal case settled, or should i go ahead if still the case is there.Please advise me on this.If anyone is having a flat in alpine eco so let me know your suggestion Its urgent and important because its a big decision.

there is no case al settled if any so feel free to buy the flat..

800 families staying happily. Most projects of this magnitude in India is prone to some silly issue or the other. Even if anything still exists it does not seem to be a factor. It's so easy to file a case in India. Civil cases take an average 15 years to reach any logical end. By then most dies a natural death, isn't it? When people are buying and selling so freely, it appears the place is fine.

Case was there 2 years ago, and it was closed long back. Now Title is very clear and you can buy a Flat here.

I do not think the case has been settled yet. I think it is very risky to book a flat in this project.

I have also heard that some court case is going on. So it is better to take advice from your legal expert before finalizing the flat.
