Q: Hi,
On the overview page the units available says:

Units Available

2bhk Apartments

Sq.Ft. 1055-1458

Approx. Price 30.39 Lakhs-42 Lakhs

3bhk Apartments

Sq.Ft. 1660-1975

Approx. Price 47.82 Lakhs-56.89 Lakhs

What does this mean? These are available for sale by the builder?
And the price mentioned are all inclusive?
Please clarify...

Thanks,
Vicky
Latest Answer: Yes, I would like to buy. But, the many information are confusing. For example, the floor plan for a 1458 sqft 2 bhk mentioned here has only about 900 sqft. carpet area. So, just wanted to find out, how the super build-up area become 1458 sqft? In this case, the super buildup area is about 60% more. So, one will end up paying for 1458 sqft whereas the actual usuable area is just 900 sqft. Am I missing something here? Please clarify
