The quality of construction is poor, the moment they plug a leaking ceiling at one point, it starts leaking from another point. Not to mention of the walls of bedroom and kitchen, almost all flats have moisture seeping in thru the bedroom and kitchen walls. How long are these buildings going to stand, god also won't know. better stay away from aditya and save your hard earned money, else buy a flat and you get years of HEADACHE with it.

Aditya builders is a big fraud. Stay away from ALL his projects. I purchased a flat in aditya garden city warje and have been suffering since last 7 years!! can you imagine ?? The biggest problem in this project is water leakage. EVERY FLAT in this project has leakage issues. The builders rep do some superficial work and then say it will all be OK and then again it starts all over again. This has been happening since last 7 years. STAY AWAY from aditya.

also the sales people promise you all kinds of amenities but the actual on ground delivery is zero. take for eg. the club house. he charges you about 1 lac for club house dev and membership and the club house is shared between about 2000 flats!!! 2000*1lac = nothing but profit. the useless clubhouse is nothing but for show. in addition one has to pay monthly membership charges, in addition to the 1 lac that you paid for membership and dev.
