Latest Answer: The quality of construction is poor, the moment they plug a leaking ceiling at one point, it starts leaking from another point. Not to mention of the walls of bedroom and kitchen, almost all flats have moisture seeping in thru the bedroom and kitchen walls. How long are these buildings going to stand, god also won't know. better stay away from aditya and save your hard earned money, else buy a flat and you get years of HEADACHE with it.
