Feedback about Kethana builder and their project Kethana Blossom

Q: Hi, I am looking for feedback about this builder "Kethana". They have ongoing project behind Cisco,ORR in which I am interested. It is called "kethana eternal blossom". Their past residential project includes "Kethana Orchids". Any particular feedback about the builder, previous projects etc are welcome.

Hi All,

Be aware in buying apartment from Kethana Accolade because Builder share and Owner share unsold apartment are not paying maintenance. And once if you purchase the apartment you will have to pay all dues.

So be cautious!!! and talk with association first for finding how much maintenance money is left.. else you may be in problem..

Hi Lakshya, Have you booked a property? If not then do some market research before booking because I have read negative comments about the builder in few of the threads.

Be careful with this Kethana Builder, these are real suckers and very very arrogant, their quality of construction is very cheap(or low quality) even though they sell the flats as luxury flats. And the project manager Chandra Shaker and his complete engineering team is good for nothing and worst people you will every meet. Marketing team the least said the best 24/7 they keep lying after trapping the customer

Very irresponsible set of after sales people. Architecture with no common sense. Try to reduce construction cost to the tune few thousand rupees though apartment cost more than half crore. Difficult to satisfy greedy people.

Hi, I had bought 3 bhk in kethana blossom, my bankers (DB) got it verified through their lawyer firm before approving the loan. Lawyer firm asked quite a lot of questions and clarifications wrt to sales deed and title, dating back to even 1958, to builder and they were satisfied with revert from builder on those.

Be careful with Kethana builders. He would show something and build something else. In his previous project he has cheated the customers. He said the property is BBMP approved and later due to his major deviations to the plan, BBMP did not give A Khata to the owners. Very careless about finishing the work in hand. Be careful ,he will try to woo customers by keeping 100 to 150/sq ft price less than his competition. Be very sure before falling prey to this builder.

Had anybody verified the documents that they give while giving the advance. We came to know there is some sales deed is missing from it. The builder is not in possesion of the same. Can anybody help me on the same.

Hi Amarnath, many buyers did an external verifcication of the documents through external lawyers, there was no specific major sales deed documents missing as per the lawyers. Did you perform any legal verfication of the documents to find any missing documents. please let us know the same which sale deed is missing. what has prompted you to mention the above about the possesion of the builders.
