Q:Hi, I am looking for feedback about this builder "Kethana". They have ongoing project behind Cisco,ORR in which I am interested. It is called "kethana eternal blossom". Their past residential project includes "Kethana Orchids". Any particular feedback about the builder, previous projects etc are welcome.

Be aware in buying apartment from Kethana Accolade because Builder share and Owner share unsold apartment are not paying maintenance. And once if you purchase the apartment you will have to pay all dues.
So be cautious!!! and talk with association first for finding how much maintenance money is left.. else you may be in problem..
