Lodha's extra demands that are not justified
Q: Total extra money that Lodha has asked till now is Rs. 100800 (Parking)+Rs. 27000 odd for MVAT + Rs. 87000 odd for Service Tax + Rs. 47000 towards upkeep of public amenities. This comes to around Rs. 261800 and we have 5300 odd flats in CBG. So Total extra money that lodha is earning is Rs. 139 Cr. I will not recommend anyone to invest in Lodha's property.

Latest Answer: Suya , Ru 200% right lodha demanding extra money I am also having flat in CBG still suffering for possession , they only told big think but if u see bottom line nothing is there minimum 5lakh asking extra money
