Q: When going for a landlord's apartment, should the landlord be part of the agreement with the customer? Landlord and builder hasn't registered a sharing agreement, but have written this on a Rs.200 stamp paper. Per my lawyer, the sharing agreement between land owners and the Developer is executed only on a mere Rs.200/- stamp paper and is NOT registered. Though registration of this document is desirable, if the parties can swear to a affidavit as per draft enclosed the same may be accepted.
It is better to include the landlord in a written agreement that how much portion of land he is going to give you so that in future there should not be any problem.
