This is my first investment in the residential project.

Q: I want to know who is the present promoter and shareholder of Pivotal Infrastructure Pvt Limited.They have increased the super area but what about the carpet/floor area that we will get after the construction. In other words, what percentage of of super area will be the floor area. This is important. We are unable to get home loan from any of the bank that they have mentioned because the banks are yet to approve the project. All of us will be in soup, if banks refuses to provide home loan to the applicants/allottees. They had send us the demand letter but don't know how much progress they have made in construction. We are in dark. Please through some light on this project.
