Hi, but will the only factor of connectivity will help to give me price appreciation if the place is not livable??? Guys you should now focus on few factors, the area and locality, employment structure and infrastructural development.So look into matter, and judge all the aspect.
Hmmm this has a very good connectivity, as i can explain that, it is located in sector 70 , just 2 km away from railway station and 3 km from City Center. There is also a proposed FNG expressway thats coming in, so you can easily get good connectivity.
