Q: Ansal has increased the super area from 950 sqft to 1045 sqft and now pushing all buyers to accept new area without providing any reasonable information.

Are you sure about this? Have they increased the price quote or they giving at the same rate? This doesn’t look simple. You better consult a legal expert and discuss this matter before taking any decision.
